About This Game
Starbound is a space exploration game that shares many similarities with the popular Terraria. Released in 2016, Starbound puts the player in the shoes of a space explorer who has fled his home, only to find himself stranded in space with a damaged ship. His only option is to travel to the planet below, repair his ship, and set out to explore the universe.
Settle down and farm the land, become an intergalactic landlord, hop from planet to planet collecting rare creatures, or delve into dangerous dungeons and claim extraordinary treasures. Discover ancient temples and modern metropolises, trees with eyes and mischievous penguins.
Use hundreds of materials and over two thousand objects to build a quiet and secluded cabin in the woods, a medieval castle, an underwater arcade, or even a space station.
