About This Game
Fallout 3 is a post-apocalyptic role-playing video game for both consoles and PC. It has been developed and published by Bethesda Softworks and is presented as the third part of the Fallout saga and as a sequel to Fallout and Fallout 2. The game takes place in the year 2277 on the East Coast of the place formerly known as the United States of America , mainly in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
The gameplay includes combat in real time and perspective of first or third person, in contrast to the previous games, which were based on turn-based combat and isometric view. Fallout 3 can be played in both first and third person. As a good role-playing game, it has a karma system whereby the character’s actions and responses in conversations determine the path taken in the game.
