About This Game
XIII is the first cel-shaded first-person shooter action video game, which tries to imitate cartoon graphics. It is based on the homonymous comic by Belgian Jean Van Hamme. The game’s plot centers on the main character, who has woken up with amnesia.
The characters and weapons in XIII have been created using the cel shading technique, deliberately giving it the appearance of a comic book, including onomatopoeic words contained in balloons for sound effects.
