About This Game
Dragon Age: Origins is a third-person RPG, Action, and Fantasy video game developed by BioWare. Originally there was a single empire called the Tevinter Empire, whose domains spanned almost the entire world of Thedas.
The Empire was ruled by powerful and ambitious wizards who practiced a forbidden sorcery known as “blood magic,” and its practitioners were therefore blood wizards. One day, a group of blood mages cast a spell in order to travel and go to the abode of The Maker, known as The Golden City.
They achieved their purpose, but when they stepped onto the golden floors of the Maker’s abode, the blood mages’ greed caused the place known as “The Veil” (the world of dreams and spirits) to become corrupted, and the floors and The golden halls of the Maker’s dwelling turned dark, and thereafter the place was known as the Black Citadel.
