About This Game
The King of Fighters XIV is a 3 vs 3 action and fighting video game from The King of Fighters series developed by SNK in 2016 for PS4, Arcade and PC. The game switches to 3D graphics but remains with its classic 2D gameplay. The story centers on the events after the Ash saga, where Antonov buys the rights to KOF to start a new tournament.
However, Verse appears, who altered the spatiotemporal line from the previous tournament. Verse existed in the spacetime distortion of Ash Crimson. That anomaly attracted characters from other dimensions such as nakoruru and 3 new characters: Shun’Ei, Meitenkun, and Kukri.
