About This Game
The player plays the role of a ninja, along 10 screens, where in each one of them they must complete a mission. In this first version of the Tenchu saga, two characters are available, Rikimaru and Ayame, under the command of their master, Lord Gohda.
The final mission (although it is made known from the beginning) is the rescue of Princess Kiku (Lord Gohda’s daughter), kidnapped by Lord Mei-Oh, her father’s greatest enemy. Depending on whether one character or another is chosen, variations in the plot sequences will be shown throughout the game.
