About This Game
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated is an action-adventure video game and remake of the console game originally made by Heavy Iron Studios. The game is based on the SpongeBob character from Nickelodeon and is developed by Purple Lamp Studios.
Rehydrated includes additional features such as a new multiplayer horde mode for up to two players, offering PvP or co-op, and playable online and single player. Also the soundtrack has been remastered.
Content previously removed from the original game, such as a robotic Squidward Tentacles enemy, an earlier concept for Patrick Star’s dream level, and a short boss battle phase for SpongeBob SquarePants Metal Pants were re-added, along with another new content.
