Slain: Back From Hell is a 2D platform video game where you will control the destiny of Bathoryn, a condemned hero in a gothic world, who seeks to liberate six cursed kingdoms from six mortal lords.

You must fight him through this devastated land, filled with gruesome pixel-art enemies before ascending (or sometimes descending) to a fortress, all the while defeating diabolical traps and vile monsters alike.

At the heart of each domain, Bathoryn will face a powerful enemy: defeat him and the search for him continues to his final destination. Fail, and you will die horribly, mauled by werewolves, disintegrated by floating monsters, crushed by great weights, or torn apart by hidden blades.
