Silent Hill 5 Homecoming tells the story of Alex Shepherd, a former soldier who returns after being hospitalized. The game begins with a nightmare, a very common occurrence in the Silent Hill saga; we later see his return home, where he realizes that his brother, Joshua, has disappeared.

Thus we enter the search for Joshua by his brother, also knowing the past of his home, his family and his city, Shepherd’s Glen. Throughout the game, a story of horror and rituals will be revealed that will take you to the streets of Silent Hill.
