Saints Row: The Third is an open-world third-person action and shooter video game. The game has a large number of new features compared to its predecessor since, in addition to cars, it is possible to use motorcycles, boats, combat tanks, boats as well as modern combat planes and helicopters.

The style of the game is free, like in other sandboxes such as the Grand Theft Auto saga or The Godfather. An advantage over other similar series is that the city is completely unlocked, there are no bridges or obstructed roads, although it is hidden on the map and does not appear until the player visits it.
