Omerta City of Gangsters is a simulation game with turn-based tactical combat. The player will step into the shoes of an immigrant with dreams of greatness who has just set foot on dry land, and must make his way through the criminal hierarchy of Atlantic City in the 1920s.

His character starts with small jobs, but he puts together a gang and expands his empire thanks to the territory taken from other gangsters. Eventually, he forms his own crime syndicate and becomes the true ruler of Atlantic City.
