Game Overview
Mune-Kyun! Heartful Bout is another now “rare” doujin fighting game, developed with the FM2K engine and based on the “胸キュン！はぁとふるCafe” (Mune-Kyun! Heartful Cafe) anime and hentai dating simulation franchise. The game only has four characters who are modeled to fight like Capcom, SNK, and Sammy/ASW characters.
Additionally, the game’s primary interesting mechanic is that each character can be played in three styles: Capcom, KoF. and GG (Guilty Gear), which is pretty neat. The game has no plot and no Japanese knowledge is required to play the game, though knowing a little about the game’s background adds slightly to its appeal.
