About This Game
Lost Planet 2 is a third-person action video game and is the sequel to Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, the legendary third-person shooter that sold more than 2.3 million copies. Lost Planet 2 delves even deeper into the world of E.D.N III and the uncertain future of humanity.
A decade has passed since the events of the first game and the face of E.D.N. III has been dramatically altered. Efforts to make the planet habitable have borne fruit and the ice has begun to melt, giving way to lush tropical jungles and harsh, unforgiving deserts.
Humanity is embroiled in a civil war for control of the precious Thermal Energy that powers weapons and vehicles in E.D.N. III, which has caused a division into various factions.
