Jonathan Kane: The Protector or also known as The Mark 2 is an action and first-person shooter video game that focuses on the exploits of two very different characters: the British mercenary Jonathan Kane and the beautiful American archaeologist Jennifer Guile.

After a bitter two-year estrangement, these two former lovers are reunited when Jennifer’s father, a prominent archaeologist, is murdered by a new terrorist organization called Scarlet Vengeance, seeking a powerful Aztec artifact for a devastating terrorist attack.

When Scarlet Vengeance’s attentions turn to Jennifer, the only person who knows the artifact’s location, Kane, is forced to track her down and protect her. Combined under extreme circumstances, the duo must overcome their differences and use their unique abilities to thwart the terrorists’ horrific plan.
