About This Game
Fallout: New Vegas is an action role-playing video game belonging to the Fallout saga, however Fallout: New Vegas is not a sequel to its predecessor in the saga, Fallout 3.
It is a game with an isolated plot different from the story of Fallout 3, although it is closely related to the plots of the original Fallout and Fallout 2, and also has some elements in common with the latter (for example the reappearance of various characters and factions such as the super mutant Marcus, Dr.
The game takes place in the city of New Vegas (a post-apocalyptic Las Vegas) and the Mojave Desert. Unlike most of the cities presented throughout the saga, Las Vegas did not receive a direct nuclear attack, the buildings remain intact and the mutation of its inhabitants is minimal.
