En Fallback, los jugadores toman el control de los restos de la humanidad, exiliados a una ciudad subterránea después de un desastre ecológico. Voluntarios buscan líderes rebeldes capturados listos para unirse a la lucha contra sus antiguos cuidadores convertidos en carceleros.
