About This Game
Enter The Matrix is an action video game published on May 15, 2003, the same day as the release of The Matrix Reloaded, and is set in the universe of The Matrix, temporarily located after The Matrix and during The Matrix Reloaded.
That is to say, the plot of the movie The Matrix Reloaded develops the alternate history that is represented in the video game. Enter the Matrix was developed under the creative direction of Matrix directors Larry and Andy Wachowski.
The video game contains “unreleased scenes” from the film’s footage that is only available for the video game. The voices of the characters are taken from the actors of the films, as well as the digitalization of the textures and movements, shot largely by the Wachowsky brothers.
