About This Game
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is an action-adventure video game in the Assassin’s Creed series. It is the prequel to Assassin’s Creed III. Its theme revolves around piracy in the Caribbean in the eighteenth century, in the so-called Golden Age of piracy.
It is set in 1715, on the islands of the Bahamas, Cuba, and South Florida, with three main cities: Havana, Kingston, and Nassau, which are under Spanish, British, and pirate influence, respectively.
There are 50 other “unique” locations to explore, with a 60/40 balance between land and sea exploration. The new protagonist, Edward Kenway, father of Haytham Kenway, father of Connor, the protagonist of Assassin’s Creed III.
