Woolfe The Red Hood Diaries for PC and XONE is an adventure platformer inspired by the Fairy Tale of the Bad Wolf and Little Red Cap. The title is created by independent studio GRIN, the Belgian team created in 2002. During their existence, they mainly developed simple games for companies that deal with websites and target the mobile production industry. Woolfe is GRIN’s first completely original and independent production.
The plot serves as a dark alternative to Little Red Cap’s fairy tale. The action is embedded in a fantasy world, steampunk, that is on the verge of an industrial revolution. The heroine is a 14-year-old girl who, as a child, was found by her grandmother in the woods. The protagonist’s mother had mysteriously disappeared before she was born.
